MAS Launches Project Guardian Wealth Management Pilot with Marketnode

MAS launches Project Guardian wealth management pilot with Marketnode
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has launched a new Project Guardian pilot focused on wealth management, bringing together HSBC, UOB and Marketnode to test native digital issuance and distribution of investment products in Singapore.
The pilot builds on Project Guardian's broader mandate to test the feasibility of asset tokenisation and DeFi applications in wealth management, fixed income and asset servicing, in collaboration with the financial industry.
Marketnode's role in the pilot is to provide the underlying digital market infrastructure for issuance, distribution, and servicing of the tokenised wealth products used in the trial.
