Marketnode appointed as authorised distributor and tokenisation agent for CGS International's APAC and US Core Multifactor Strategy funds
Marketnode, a digital market infrastructure operator backed by Euroclear, HSBC, SGX Group and Temasek, is pleased to announce our appointment as an authorised distributor and tokenisation agent for CGS International's APAC and US Core Multifactor Strategy funds.
The appointment will be undertaken with CGS International Securities Singapore Pte. Ltd. (CGS SG).
CGS International's Core Multifactor Strategy funds seek medium-to-long-term capital appreciation by systematically investing in listed companies that demonstrate strong fundamentals, guided by its proprietary Quality, Value and Momentum (QVM) model.
The tokenised funds will be available on EVM and non-EVM chains such as Solana, Stellar, and the XRP Ledger at launch.
Andrew Scott, Head of Digital Assets at Marketnode, said: "Marketnode is pleased to partner with Asia’s global investment house, CGS International, as it embarks on its on-chain journey. Marketnode remains committed to democratizing access to a broader range of investment opportunities, and this latest collaboration will play an important role in advancing that objective."
Ademola Olopade, Group Head of Prime Brokerage & Investment Solutions and CEO of Mauritius, CGS International Securities commented “Tokenisation is no longer experimental, it is reshaping access, distribution, and market infrastructure. Through our partnership with Marketnode, CGS SG is enabling tokenised access to the CGSI APAC Core Multifactor Strategy and the CGSI US Core Multifactor Strategy. These strategies have provided cumulative returns of 117.05% and 69.67% respectively and are tailored for investors seeking medium-to-long term appreciation by investing in companies with strong fundamentals. This initiative goes beyond putting funds on-chain. It is about lowering barriers, enhancing transparency, and modernising how investment products are accessed and distributed, while maintaining the governance and rigor expected of traditional asset management.”
