Defined by Your Own Standards
Andre YapAndre excels as a product manager for digital assets at Marketnode while representing Singapore as a national Tug-of-War athlete, balancing sports with bringing products to market.
The team understands my commitments, while still giving me ownership of the outcomes. That flexibility helps me give work and sport the attention they need.
From concept to market
Andre thrives on making ideas come to life. Since joining Marketnode in 2025, he has spearheaded bringing Marketnode’s tokenisation and distribution capabilities to market, notably supporting HSBC’s digital structured products programme in Hong Kong.
We work closely with industry partners to build products that are validated concepts and can be operationalised at real scale.
When working with frontier technology, Andre places an emphasis on real-world delivery, because the next best thing is already on the horizon.
Your own standards
The same expectation to deliver carries into his life outside work. As a national Tug-of-War athlete for Team Singapore, Andre balances elite training and international competition alongside product launches — two worlds that demand high performance.
Andre believes a core foundation is doing the small things right, according to your own standards. Repetition and consistency can build into something much bigger over time.

Marketnode was understanding of my training schedules and competitions, but you’re responsible for the outcomes.
For Andre, flexibility works because he values success in both. He sees trust as something built through planning, delivering on objectives, and being a reliable teammate.
Everyone wants everyone to do well. If you want to do something, do it to the best of your ability.
Marketnode gives Andre the room to pursue other endeavours outside work, alongside meaningful responsibility inside it. The flexibility is real, but so is the accountability.
